From his first job as a deckhand on a dinner boat on Puget Sound to his most recent experience managing construction of commercial aluminum vessels of all sizes, Jim has explored many corners of the business from just as many angles. This experience gives him a unique combination of skill, experience, and perspective in the technical, operational, financial, and managerial elements of marine operations and vessel construction.

Jim has been a licensed mariner since 1996 , holds a certification in Project Management from the University of Washington, and is an ABYC Certified Advisor.
